Each enterprise wishing to adhere to the OPI must formally request its affiliation.
Affiliation criteria sum up as follows :
Each enterprise being domiciled in the canton of Geneva, Vaud or having an economic activity in Geneva may be admitted as an affiliate, if active in :
- Traditional industry ;
- new technologies ;
- research and development ;
- engineering ;
- services that do not comply with above criteria, the activities of which are directly linked to industry and whose effects are susceptible to be beneficial to the members ;
- professional associations.
Admission / Termination
The Office’s management authorities (Board of Directors and Foundation Council) reserve themselves the right to accept or to refuse an affiliation.
Affiliated members may terminate their adhesion until December 31 of each year, with an advance notice of 6 months and by a recorded delivery letter. The current annual subscription remains due.
