LAKE GENEVA REGION is an association under Swiss law, open to public and private members, pursuing the same mission and sharing the same values in the interest and service of the Lake Geneva Region.

The common values of the Lemanic territories

An expression of consensus among the founding members, the values of LAKE GENEVA REGION respect those of the region that it highlights; authenticity, know-how and efficiency, as well as the fundamental principals of the spirit of business and sustainable development.

The territories of the banks of Lake Leman share the same values of innovation and vitality and so decided to create a dynamic platform in order to promote its 4 pillars of excellence in term of Business, Technology, Education and Quality of life.

World Vision

The region has a great international capacity for “world vision”; to imagine the future in terms of its globalization. It is a strategy that must be consolidated by acquiring the competencies necessary to activate change, transformation, innovation and global alliances.

The Lemanic area has a concentration of companies that dominate their markets and are considered global leaders; among them some are very specialized and active in niche markets. Know-how therefore exists, and the objective of LAKE GENEVA REGION is to make this known.

Our Vision of Excellence

A region does not live in a closed bubble and the major trends from around the world influence it in a tangible way. This is why, thinking of the future, it is the enlightenment from simple and realistic visions that open as many doors as we can imagine.

To be open to the world is to give the means to exist, to be recognized and to develop a solid network of competencies.

Businesses and the economy of the entire region are going to depend on the creative initiatives of public and political institutions. Therefore one must take into account inside and outside forces which educate the innovative groups of the future to reveal the leader’s vision for tomorrow and to thus create an unequalled level of excellence.
