Gilles Chevrey
Psychologist of work and organisations
A graduate in social psychology of the University of Geneva and a beneficiary of a post grade in work psychology and organisations of the University of Neuchâtel, Gilles Chevrey works as a consultant for company development with special focus on collective competences.
After 3 years spent in the watch-making industry, with responsibility for implementing micro-computer science, he goes back to study psychology, then takes over HR responsibility for a computer science company during 4 years. He then joins a consulting firm in HR management as a consulting specialist in the management of competences. He sets up management systems by objectives for major groups and develops, within relief programmes, devices for assessment management training. As of 2003, he joins the CCSO network as a consultant in organisational development and conducts various mandates with client enterprises, such as :

Didier Mesnier
Company advisor
Trained as an engineer in computer science, a certified « Project Management Professional » and a holder of a Master’s Certificate in Project Management, Didier Mesnier benefits from an international experience in the field of project management.
He has a positive experience in company creation having had the opportunity of creating his own enterprise in the field of telecommunications. In this context, he makes young innovative enterprises benefit from his experience as a contractor and intervenes as an advisor for the CTI start-up (www.ctistartup.ch) and Platinn (CCSO) network (www.platinn.ch).
He is a major actor in setting up a sector-based promotion platform in the sectors of Information and Telecommunication Technologies that have been defined by the cantons of Western Switzerland as having economic priorities.
Patrick Schefer
Economist
A graduate of the HEC from the University of Geneva, Patrick Schefer benefits from a close to 10-year experience in the banking sector, and more precisely in the field of company and real estate financing.
In 2000, he joins the CCSO network and conducts numerous advice mandates for start-ups and PMEs dealing with projects of innovation, optimisation or restructuring in sets of themes such as, for example :
- Accompaniment for enterprise development and restructuring,
- Creation of business plan & financial estimates,
- Company evaluation,
- Setting up relations with finance partners,
- Enterprise transmission
He collaborates moreover with Capital Proximité, the platform of Western Switzerland that facilitates contacts among entrepreneurs and investors for development, restructuring and company transmission operations.
