In collaboration with its partners, the OPI backs the PMEs-PMIs in their research for competitiveness by proposing concrete solutions adapted to the needs of the enterprises to improve their performance.
The competence and experience of the Platinn Network make it currently possible to achieve interventions in the following contexts :
- Process optimisation in the fields of production, logistics, organisation, human resources and restructuring.
- Business innovation (new markets, distribution channels, pricing, etc…)
The OPI offers services that respond to the needs and expectations expressed by each enterprise. After a phase of analysis and diagnostics, the OPI proposes an adapted intervention calling upon the most appropriate experts. This approach allows to take into consideration the diversity and complexity of each enterprise’s situation.
The interventions, for example, concern the following problems:
• Increase of the productivity
• Improvement of the performances
• Command of the flow and procedures
• Optimal use of the resources (human and technical)
• Appropriateness of the organisation concerning the developed activity
• Enterprise transmission
• Restructuring
The OPI also opens for you the doors to programmes intended to help enterprises via the Platinn Network. In order to get this programme, the PME project must respond to 3 major criteria, these being :
• An existing enterprise with an active clientèle,
• An official address in Western Switzerland,
• The intention to improve (even retain) its performance.
