Innovaud is the access key to innovation in the Canton of Vaud. It focuses on all businesses that bring into being innovation projects into being – from start-ups and SMEs to giant multinationals – and on the various support options that are available to each of them.
Encouraging innovation and diversification of the private economy. On the strategic level, economic promotion aims at maintaining and developing new jobs as well as creating wealth in the economy of Vaud and the SMEs. It’s objective is to train and inform entrepreneurs but also to foster exchanges and networking.

The mission of CTI Start-up is to help entrepreneurs by offering them a four-part coaching programme. A coach will help entrepreneurs bring their project to maturity so that they will be able to apply for the CTI Start-up Label which is a pledge of quality and credibility for investors. The CTI will also promote company entry into the market. The coaching is free of charge for companies and they will benefit from the expertise and networks of more than 60 CTI Start-up coaches.
The Swiss Confederation has given S-GE the mission of helping SMEs and start-ups in their export efforts. Whether for obtaining information on a market or searching for customers, distributors, contractors or other partners, S-GE supports companies by means of advisors in Switzerland, the diplomatic network and advisors abroad., S-GE has18 branches abroad, all made up of local staff members who have an excellent understanding ofthe culture and economic rules of their respective countries.
