Il a donc fallu industrialiser le luxe. Pour cela, les grandes marques ont rachet\u00e9 leurs sous-traitants et int\u00e9gr\u00e9 la plupart des \u00e9tapes de la fabrication. Les manufactures ont ainsi pouss\u00e9 comme des champignons dans le canton, de \u00abPlan-les-watches\u00bb \u00e0 Genthod en passant par Meyrin, dans une immense bataille de m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s. Pour occuper d\u00e9sormais une surface proche de 700&rsquo;000 m2, soit 100 terrains de foot.
